Charlie was a self-effacing waiter at a Michelin-star restaurant in London. But his life didn’t use to be tickety-boo.

My thoughts on slang

I don’t think people who use slang are lazy. In my mother tongue (Hungarian) sometimes I don’t even notice if I use slang words. The only time I am aware of using them is when I use slang I have learnt from my 18-year-old son, because I do it on purpose, I am so amazed how creative youngsters are to come up with these expressions.
