I believe my perfect weekend would start working out in the morning with a long run or a good bike trip. On the weekend i usually prefer bike, because it takes more time than a run.

Instead on the afternoon, i would stay in, having some relax reading a book, watching Netflix.

1. I’m Riccardo and i’m from Sansepolcro, a small town in Tuscany.
