Dear Anna,
I hope you find yourself well as you receive this message.
Would you mind telling me how the report on innovation hubs’s going? As we are meeting its deadline tomorrow, I’m afraid I won’t dispose of time enough to revise it and search for complementary data if necessary.
Bearing this little concern in mind, I would like to propose we should meet each other on Zoom today after lunch. We could then have a chance to discuss about the best solutions to overcome any difficulties you might be finding to finish the report.

Let’s have a look-
1. This is a good opener. However it is slightly wordy (we mostly want to be as brief as possible in email) Here are some suggestions you can use:
Hope this email finds you well.
I hope you enjoyed your weekend.
I hope you’re doing well.2. This is correct! I want to give you some alternatives
Seeing as the deadline is tomorrow,
Given that the deadline is tomorrow / Given that we are meeting the deadline tomorrow
3. (RW= rewrite) suggestion: I’m afraid I won’t have enough time ….
4. This is too wordy. I suggest: I would like to propose a meeting on Zoom …..
If you want to be a bit more forceful you can replace ‘propose’ with ‘set’ (because propose gives the other person more chance to say no to you!)
5. vocabulary error – no preposition after the verb ‘discuss’
