  I don’t think that selling the company is the best option as it might seem.
  Obviously one person could be temped by the immediate cash flow but I personally think that one should take this exit stategy only if forced by external matter.

  From what i could see step down from a directional position while retaining the majority stakeholder position is the best option that one can have.
  According to an article that I’ve read lately some people manage much better the born of a new baby if her job is not affected way too much, so for me hire a new CEO can be both beneficial for the company as weel as for Elena.
  I’m not 100% confidend that Christine is the right choice because from what I’ve felt Elena and Christine doesn’t share the same vision for the brand.
