Alex and Luca’s thoughts
Alex checked other potential neighbourhoods outside of Madrid’s city center. The new location marks all the checkboxes in Alex’s opinion. As the major advantage the infraestructure is already there and the local facilities are fisrt class. Moreover, it its well connected to the city center and airrrport, and it’s the right time to invest in that area before it becomes more popular. However, Luca is a bit reluctant due to budget constrains and would like to know all the details and pitfalls about the potential building.
