How I got confused in NY speaking British English!
- What’s your personal experience with British English and American English? I do not know if it is because i have been more exposed to american english but i think american english is the easiest. I love the british accent and i wish i will acquire it one day.
- Have you always studied one or the other? Have you spoken to both Brits and Americans? What’s your experience? I have been studying american english. It was easy being the fact that it was the one i was exposed to, in the street, in the university and on TV for most of the movies i was watching.
- Can you distinguish between a British accent and an American one? Yes i definitely can
