    A little grammar note: But the most significant change, I think it’s changing lifestyle and the things I like and I don’t like doing.
    Here you need to use the present perfect continuous to show that you are talking about a period of time that started in the past, but continues into the present: But the most significant change, I think has been changing lifestyle and the things I like and I don’t like doing.

    Vocab: I try not to eat too much. Do you mean: I try not to overeat? See the difference?
