    1. A few years ago, I quit my job as an employee in a large company and branched out a new activity as a consultant in the pharmaceutical market.
    2. During the same period, I discovered the pleasure of lazing during my evenings, simply indulging in watching TV series.
    3. One day I met a friend of mine that I hadn’t seen for ages, she had taken on so much weight that she had changed out of recognition.
    4. I was so astonished that I decided to turn a new leaf and start doing some physical exercises instead of just sitting on my sofa … So, I’ve enrolled in a yoga gym!
    5. Though…I’ve overrated my ability to be constant!
    6. if I skip my yoga classes, I’m pretty sure I’m doomed to fail in my intention of keeping fit!
