Many people used to believe that our brain was and non-changeable after childhood. But recent in science tell us otherwise. Now we know that our brain is not fixed, it’s adaptable like plastic. Therefore, we’ve named this notion ‘neuroplasticity’. If we imagine our brain as a power grid, we can think of our actions, feelings and thoughts as being that light up every time we perform an action.
