    1. There’s poor sound quality and a lot of background noise so you haven’t heard what your colleague has just said.
Sorry, the sound quality isn’t great, i can’t hear you, please can you speak up?
    2. You joined the meeting a few minutes late. Greet everyone and come up with an excuse why you’re late.
Hi all, sorry for being late, i’ve had some trouble with my PC.
    3. You’re the host of a meeting and you muted someone accidentally so nobody could hear them speaking when they answered some questions.
Sorry John and Jen, i’ve accidentally put you on mute, can you repeate please?
    4. You’re not sure if you can see the right screen. Someone is describing a
presentation, but you can see a browser window.

Sorry, i think i’m seeing the wrong screen, you’re talking about a presentation but i see only a browser window.

    5. It seems that one of your colleagues might have got disconnected. His video is not moving. Ask him if everything is okay.
John, your video is frozen, is everything okay?
    6. You’re the host of a meeting and there are three people trying to talk at the
same time. React and get the meeting back in order.
Sorry guys, we can’t understand wath you say if you talk at the same time, John could you speak first?

    7. You’re participating in an online meeting with 12 people and you constantly
hear some dog barking. It’s irritating and you can’t really hear what other
people say. Let people know about it and try to fix this issue.
Sorry, i can’t hear you because there’s a dog constantly barking in the background, i’ll mute all of you, please unmute only when you want to say something.

    8. You suggested scheduling another meeting, but nobody reacted. What do you say?
Sorry, can everyone hear me? I can’t hear your answer.

    Excellent work @Claudio.Cheli 🙌

    Just two notes:

    > “I” when referring to a person, should always be a capital letter : I’ll, I’ve. I’m etc

    > in scenario 4, if you change the word order and add ‘can’ it will sound more natural:

✅...you’re talking about a presentation but I (can) only see a browser window.

If you have time, try to do the speaking task too 👍

    Thanks!
