  Dear Cinzia,

  I’m very sorry to bother you but, as you know, at the end of this month there is the annual boarder meeting and every department need to present the budget for the next year.

  Would you be able to send me a draft of your budget in the next week so that I can check it and give you some feedback, keep in mind that the final version must be submitted on the Monday 24 Dicember at most.
