Attitude to changes
What is the most difficult part of real change in our lives? How can we be constant and effective when we are aware of some behaviours or habits that we need to transform? I think we hold a lot of feelings which interfere in our capacity to take a broad view of the benefits and ways to change. I feel fear, lazy, doubts, frustration many times because I don’t know how I can do this. Nowadays, I chose to be present and take a deep breath every time, to invite my feelings consciously for a tea, it is part of me and I’m trying to integrate these parts of myself to keep going changing.
