A fake new is a problem for the society because put in circulation false information that, in some cases, can damage the community. Examples of misleading are numerous, the vaccines can cause autism, in this specific case on the basis of this false new, non demonstred from any official scientific sources, the population watch them with suspect and decide don’t make them to their sons. This decision is problematic not only for the single family but for all the community. Another examples are: Corona virus doesn’t exist , the plant is flat (this is really anachronistic but still catches a lot of persons), The 5G is responsible for a lot of diseases without, until now, no at scientific evidence, etc etc.

The only method of check the trustness of a new is to consider and evaluate the origin, the source, to do not give important to pseudoscientific journals. only if the new arrive from a serious, well known source we can trust in it even if it is not completely a warranty. I didn’t find personally a fake new on the social networks that regard my small circle of friends, only some gossip about colleagues or others.

Thank you for your task @sabri & Happy New Year!!!

If you have time (and voglia!) I would like you to try and re-write it, having a look at these notes.

    1. new is an adjective whereas news is an uncountable noun. That means we don’t use ‘a news’ and it is considered third person (the news is, not the news are)

    2. wrong word: suspect is a noun or verb. The word you need here is suspicion

    3. This sentence should be: decide not to give them to their children

    4. better to use people than persons

    5. verb agreement

    6. This sentence should be: The only method to check the trustworthiness of a piece of news is to consider and evaluate the origin, the source, and not give importance to pseudoscientific journals.

    7. wrong word: warranty > guarantee
