Is its spelling “Index”? Or it isn’t correct? Is it an app? It sounds scaring for me. This means to be traced whereever you are,regardless privacy and intimacy. The only good thing colud be the use of the police against crime and terror attack, but I think that, also in this case, it should be used properly.
