I think most difficult thing in life is to change your habits. Even modifying the habits is a big deal. In my situation I noticed that I am open to changes upon necessities. I can take sudden decisions to change my way when I am in serious situation. On the other hand in my daily life I am not too strict. I can adjust myself easily by changing my way of thinking. Most of the time it brings joy and surprises to life.

I identify so much with what you’ve said. I am able to adapt to situations and make decisions when there is something important to do or for work. However, I struggle with personal things. For example, I’d like to do more exercise and create daily habits where I exercise even just for 10 minutes a day. But I am not strict enough with myself and after a few days, I don’t do it.

Thinking I am going to learn though! I believe we can change our habits with positive thinking and some effort.

As you both have said, I also change if I have to. It depends on what changes I have to make. But in general I adapt well to change. I´ve realized that I find it difficult when it´s something really important in my life. I tend to overthink things sometimes, so I´m trying to change that. I´ve learned that you can´t always control everything so changing is part of growing. If not, you get stuck where you are.

Some people resist change for different reasons. But, I think that the main reasons would be out of laziness and fear. People prefer doing things they are already used to and changing involves learning a new way of doing something. Some people are too lazy to learn and change. Fear is also a key factor. I believe when people don´t read or learn or get information they tend to be narrow minded. And so, change is like a non-comfort zone to them.

Agree completely about laziness and fear @Carly. Some people are so set in their ways, the idea of change is alien.
