Refusal to an invitation
Dear Anna,
Thank you very much for inviting me to this annual Life Science Event on 5 May 2023. I would love to come to this important event and I am sure that everybody will gain valuable knowledge of it. However, I am not able to attend because I am on holiday during this time. I very much enjoyed your event last year where I met so many people.
I wish you a successful event, best luck and hope to see you next year.
