Alex is excited about this place because it ticks all the boxes: the infrastructure is already in place, it has first class facilities, it is located in an upcoming area, near the airport and well connected to the city center. However, Luca is not convinced of this place, as it is an abandoned factory, and she is not sure they have enough budget to cover the costs of refitting it.
