Alex is very exited about the new location at the edge of Madrid because that particular area is about to became very trendy but right now is still under the radar, also all the infrastructure are present and it’s near to all the major POI of the city.
Luca is a bit sceptic about the location due to the high purchase price and the refit cost that can overtake the budget.
