Write to a collaborator or colleague who is late sending you a report

    Hello John,

I hope with email finds you well. I have noticed that the deadline for our report is due. I am wondering if you update me on the process. I will be able tomorrow afternoon if you have any questions or need any clarification.

    Kind regards

    Sana
