What a topic!! Well here in Argentina we do have smog in big cities such as Buenos Aires that´s why I´ve just moved to a more quiet, cleaner place. Regarding fog, we do have fog mainly in winter and it´s awful. It´s very difficult to drive if fog is thick but usually once it lifts it´s a sunny day.
