    Para 1.

I went to my bruv’s house to watch the bloody England game the other day. I walked in and said “alright?” he gave me a jar and I said “Ta” England lost 4-1 to Germany. My friend and I were gutted. We decided to go for some nosh. The closest pub was selling burgers for £5. When we got to the pub there were some
other mates there “alright?” I asked and they said “Good Ta.”

    Para 2.

The pub was in a dodgy part of the city but the burgers were the bee’s knee. Mymate John is jammy, he always wins money on the gambling machine but tonight he put £10 in the machine and didn’t win. I put £1 in and won £10, “you jammy bastard” said John.

    Para 3.

Then a really fit woman walked in, I decided to buy her a jar.
She was really fit but two sandwiches short of a picnic. I spent £10 on drinks for her but then
she got knackered and fancy to go home, I didn’t get her phone number and I was very gutted. Then my mate Pete arrived, he is two sandwiches short of a picnic and he was very drunk. We all said “hello Pete, alright?”
John and my other pals started taking the piss out of Pete.

    Para 4.

Pete didn’t understand because he’s stupid so he said ta! I didn’t have any more money so I asked Pete if I could borrow a tenner , but he only had a fiver. I had one more drink and started to feel knackered. We went to the kebab shop next door, there were some dodgy men in there, they started taking the piss out of us and we almost had a fight. We paid for the kebabs and ate them on the way home, they were the dog’s bullocks.

2 Proud Pups is Elena’s baby business. She wanted to create all-natural dog care product that will not irritate her dogs. She invested her savings and grew her staff and product line trough years. From what I could gathered, 2 Proud Pups revenues are flat, and Elena is even burning out, beside with her fourth baby coming she could no longer take care of her business.

Elena is hesitating between two options.

From one side, sell the company to a competitor. I am a bit reluctant to recommend her to sell the company. Indeed, with this option, she could gain a generous cash buyout and a good percentage of merged equity shares, but she will also risk losing the control of her company over the direction the competitor will want to head (example of using chemical ingredients, selling directly to consumers). Plus, she will not be able to come back later if she thinks she is mentally ready. I just do not think this option is the one she can choose.

From the other side, the advantages of hiring a new CEO are that Elena
retain her majority shareholder position while stepping back from the business.
She will also be sure that her vision for 2Proud Pups will remain the same with
innovations. The fact that the potential new CEO wants to target Amazon, Chewy,
and Petco is not a pitfall, Elena could turn it on her favor to accrue the
production and so her revenues. I would say the pros definitely outweigh
    the cons.
