Looking at this photograpf by Robert Doisneau, an imaginary story comes up…

We’re inside a Cafè in Paris, customers are celebrating a marriage, but while four people seems really CHUFFED, one of them is GUTTED. They’ve just ordered some JARS for everybody, waiting for some NOSH/GRUB, and the best man, sitting down near the husband, is TAKING PISS OUT OF him with the barmaid. The husband appear really FIT, but a little bit DODGY and quite PISSED, instead the bride seems KNACKERED and she is avoiding to drink anything because she has jus discovered to be UP THE DUFF… but the father is not her BLOODY husband! She was so TWO SANDWICHES OF A PICNIC when she slept with that sad, weird but really good-looking man… And now all the situation is a real DOG’S DINNER. She is married with a DODGY man, standing apparently happy, near that man, who is staring at the void and makes her think about her true love, without any possibility of WHINGE about it.

Bloody brilliant story @Vale ! The vocab is great, very natural and flowing, well done.

Have a look at the corrections. Can you try and correct the marks in red? (WW=wrong word and MW=missing word. The other mistakes are mostly agreement)
