Some people say that people who use slang are lazy. Do you agree?

No, slangs are more related to social economic aspects rather than laziness.

How difficult is it for you to use slang in English? To understand slang?

I don’t think I use them that much. I understand few of them, probably most of them are Americans.

In your opinion, do you need to use slang to communicate with non-native speakers?

Yes, because it will cover a more wide range of people.

When should you not use slang?

    In formal conversations.

    Thanks Victor –

watch out with the word ‘slang’ – it’s an uncountable noun, so we don’t say ‘slangs’

    Have a look:

    > No, slang is more related to social ….

    > I don’t think I use IT that much. I understand SOME of IT, probably most of IT IS American.
